Highlites has expanded its PCF Series of mini power inverter system to include model PCF-250, rated at 250 watts/VA. The PCF-250 is designed specifically to operate incandescent and fluorescent lighting loads for up to 90 minutes during power interruptions. Its high-efficiency design allows the PCF-250 to operate connected fluorescent lighting fixtures at 91 percent of their normal lumen output, in emergency mode. The new model is available in standard and self-diagnostic versions. Other PCF -250 features include: universal 120/277 VAC output; used output load connections; unique design that eliminates compatibility issues with fluorescent ballasts; compatible with dimming ballasts; and normally-on or normally-off load output. www.highlites
